Hey, I’m Tim, a qualified architect running a boutique architecture and interior design practice in the UK with my wife, Zofia.
After more than a decade in practice, I realised the architecture industry is still catching up.
We work long hours, undercharge to stay busy, and wear exhaustion like a badge of honour.
But I don't think doesn’t have to be that way.
Zofia and I changed the way we work, and we've never been more free.
Other industries have learned to protect their time - to set boundaries, value their work, and thrive because of it.
